Led by Ricardo Nacif

Ricardo's Silicon Valley story started with a flat tire and a tweet: a friend's bike broke down on a ride through San Francisco, he kept going on his own, befriended a group of strangers along the route, and that night one of them tweeted about an open software engineering role that became his first Silicon Valley job.

12 years later, he has worked with startups and corporations across industries, from art, sneakers, and healthcare to machine learning before AI was cool. He brings a strong background leading teams, with hands-on experience across software engineering, data infrastructure, analytics, and distributed systems. His work ranges from helping early-stage companies build products from scratch to supporting established organizations as they scale complex systems, teams, and operational processes.

His vision for Nacif is to build a team that masters the craft of software and uses AI as a real force multiplier, not a buzzword. As AI makes the typing cheap, judgement, architecture, and ownership are what truly move products and businesses forward. A small group of senior engineers, equipped with the right tools, can deliver outsized impact for the companies they partner with, not only writing the software but helping shape the product itself.
